Transaction process

Amount, coins, bonus, realm, and gateway are validated by the server. Coins are credited only after gateway verification or Finance approval for bank transfers.

Refunds and errors

Refund requests are reviewed manually under operator and gateway rules. Recording a refund does not automatically remove coins from an account. Contact staff with the invoice number and never send passwords, tokens, or card details.

Referral

Self-referral, click spam, cookie manipulation, chargeback fraud, and fabricated transactions may cancel bonuses and commissions.
